Almost 30 years ago, Suzannah walked onto a building site and asked for a chance as a decorator. What started as a week’s trial turned into three years of hands-on learning, mastering techniques and proving herself in a male-dominated industry.
Since then, she has worked on a wide range of projects, from prestigious homes and high-end properties to schools, offices, and family homes, developing the ability to adapt her craft to any space.
In 2010, Suzannah launched her own business, most recently trading as Auzanne Decor. Today, with a fresh and memorable name, Suzannah & Co brings the same reputation for meticulous finishes, creativity, and personal service to every project.
Drawing on her formal art training and almost 30 years of hands-on experience, Suzannah blends creative vision with technical precision. At the heart of Suzannah & Co is her right-hand man, Howard — fondly nicknamed her “work husband.” With over three decades of decorating experience (and a sharp wit that keeps Suzannah laughing through even the toughest jobs), Howard brings craftsmanship and warmth in equal measure. Many clients have said they’ll miss the two of them once the job is done — not just for the finishes, but for the fun that comes with having them around.
When projects require additional hands, Suzannah can call on a small circle of trusted trades people — from plasterers and carpenters to electricians and plumbers — to ensure every detail is completed to the highest standard before the decorating begins.
